Silbaugh Consulting was formed from a love of the marine trades and a desire to see it grow. Too often, we have witnessed time and money wasted due to improper planning and or execution. Ultimately, efficiency is putting the right person in the right place and having that skill work for you.

We are a veteran owned and operated company, and employ a full veteran staff. All of our employees have joined us from different areas of the marine trades and government contracting. Each individual brings years of diverse knowledge and problem solving to your fingertips.
